A one chord song using Am
The Am chord is used throughout the song. Strum on first and third beat of each bar with a tap to the ukulele body on the second and fourth beat eg strum, tap, strum, tap, strum, tap, strum tap etc.
I find that a basic down stroke with the first finger can be easily followed-up with an upstroke tap to the underside of the ukulele’s body. The song is sung over the top of this rhythm.
The song appears in various versions which can be sung over the rhythm instead.
